The connection between India and the US, has become very common, but most of the Indian students and employees of IT companies leaving for the US for first time, they are supposed to spend longer time in airports to get the exit.
The problem seems to be resolved as the US Customs and Border Protection facility may come up at the airports of Delhi and Mumbai, which enables the officials of the US to check and verify the passenger before taking their flights to the US and the travelers will leave the airports in the US within no time after landing.
If the facility comes up at these airports, the people travelling to the US will land as domestic arrivals, means they need not to be verified again to leave the airports.
The officials, will clear all immigration, customs and agriculture here itself and after landing they can simply walk off the airports with their baggage. This kind of facility is already existing for those passengers travelling to Dublin and Abu Dhabi.
However, the complete details are not available about the proposal made by Air India. If the centre sets shape, it will become a boon for most of the passengers leaving for the US.
