Miami:
It is always curious, for many people across Washington Avenue, for its transformation in to a brand new hub for entertainment. In early days of 1990’s, as the South Beach transformed from being a sleepy retired village to Art Decorated play ground, the steer was known to be the epic center of the party breeze at the neighborhood scene.
It has become a active destination for night clubs, restaurants and bars that are attracting peoples Interest.
Now, after 20 years later the developers decided to set cardinal corridors on Ocean Drive, west Avenue and also at Lincoln Road, The Washington Avenue looks like the proverbial cake left out in the rain.
A maze of boarded -up storefronts, tattoo parlors, liquor stores and other businesses of mobile repairs and other life style stores in the tourism premises.
Now, the Washington Avenue, primarily consists of street people who drive in order to get where they are going. After several years of research and planning, now the city of Miami Beach is making an assertive move to reactivate the tourist location.
