Green Mango Panna!

Green Mango Panna is a popular tangy summer cooler. Aam Panna is a great remedy for heat stroke and dehydration and it contains vitamins as well.

Ingredients:

Green raw mangoes: 3 medium size

Sugar: 1

Cumin seed powder: 1 tablespoon (roasted)

Black salt to taste

Salt to taste

Water: 2 cup

Mint leaves (pudina patta): 1 tablespoon

Ice crushed

Preparation method:

Place the mangoes along with water in a sauce-pan and boil it for 10 minutes.

Let them cool then, peel the mangoes.

Now, get the pulp with the help of a spoon.

Grind mango pulp along with water to a smooth paste.

Put the  pulpy mixture in a pan and add sugar, mix it gently.

Then, cook it for a few minutes.

Switch off the flame and add roasted cumin powder, black salt and salt into the mango mixture.

Take a tall glass pour 1 -2 tablespoon of the mango mixture and pour in chilled water till 3/4th.

Now, add finely chopped mint and crushed ice.

Your Green Mango Panna is ready to drink, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately
