Shop owner shoots employee in Florida mall!

A store owner in Florida has shot an employee at his jewelry and watch repair shop before he turned the gun fatally on himself.

Fast-Fix owner Gus Kiriazis, 59 years old, entered the store around 10AM and shot Sabas Antonio Ferrer, 52 years old, the Sun-Sentinel reported. Kiriazis then killed himself.

According to Coral Springs police spokesman Ernesto Bruna, Ferrer had been transported to North Broward Health with unknown injuries, .

A motive has not yet been determined in the shooting. Police tweeted that the individuals had been shot at Coral Square Mall on Saturday morning shortly after the shooting occurred.  

The mall, which was located on Atlantic Boulevard, had been placed on lockdown for about an hour before being reopened to the public.

Police said that the south entrance by Macy's will remain closed as they continue to investigate the area. Authorities said 'no suspects are being sought at this time'.
