RRR is one of the country's costliest film that is under shoot and is directed by SS Rajamouli. For the first time, NTR and Ram Charan are working together for the film. The shoot of the film is delayed and the makers already announced that RRR would hit the screens on January 8th next year. With the film releasing in Sankranthi season, several distributors are rushing towards the makers to acquire the theatrical rights of the film.
Top producer and distributor Dil Raju already acquired the theatrical rights of Nizam territory for a record price of Rs 75 crores. The makers are quoting Rs 100 crores for Andhra rights. There is a huge rush for the Andhra theatrical rights and most of them are closed. The makers will earn over Rs 200 crores through the Telugu rights alone. Made on a budget of Rs 400 crores, RRR is a periodic drama set before independence. Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris and Samuthirakani will be seen in other crucial roles.
