Analysis

Trapped Movie Review

Trapped starts on an engaging and entertaining note with a cute love story and funny conversations between Shaurya and Noorie. The movie takes a major leap after the lead actor gets trapped in a building which is located in the heart of the city. The gripping narration is sure the major highlight though the film has enough flaws that can be ignored purely because of the performances and the tight screenplay. On the whole the first half of Trapped has been decent and interesting.

The second half of Trapped strikes hard with its content and it with the performance of Rajkumar Rao completely. Though the film lacks commercial content, the screenplay of the film makes Trapped an interesting one. Rajkumar Rao makes a huge impact with his impressive performance which makes Trapped an impressive film to watch. The climax episodes have been decent.

Performance

Rajkumar Rao should be specially appreciated for his performance throughout the movie. He carried the entire movie on his shoulders and he has been a treat to be watch. He struggled as a helpless guy throughout the movie and his emotional performance is a treat to watch on screen. Geetanjali Thapa has been decent in the assigned role.

The story of the movie is the major highlight of the film. The screenplay has been completely gripping and the limited dialogues strike hard. The background score elevated the film well and the cinematography shows the mood of the film. The production values have been apt and the makers made sure they spent enough for the film. Vikramaditya Motwane should be appreciated for his work.

Final Word

Rajkumar Rao strikes hard with his stupendous performance and the top notch narration makes Trapped an impressive thriller.
